Traditional Sourdough Recipe
I have tried a few different sourdough recipes, but the one that has never steered me wrong and has always turned out absolutely delicious, plus is the recipe I use for the loaves I sell is from Ambers Kitchen.
With only 4 ingredients, you likely have everything you already need to bake this recipe as long as you have an active sourdough starter.
500g of all purpose flour
390g of water
125g of active sourdough starter
12g salt
I bake for 30 minutes lid on at 425, 15 minutes lid off at the same temperature.
